Shipping

Orders typically ship within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. Orders are shipped with standard ground and will take 1-6 days for delivery depending on the state. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer after the order has shipped.

 Return & Exchange

Returns must be made no later than 10 days from the purchase date. Overchill is not responsible for the return shipping fees.
